Thanks for writing this, it clarifies a lot. The piece on NVDA, MSFT, and GOOGL’s distinct AI strategies got me thinking. What if these different approaches aren't sustainable long term, and eventually force a much more integrated, perhaps open-source, AI development paradigm that none are currently building towards?
